Shipping

We ship all of our products anywhere in the United States and offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery of orders.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs both ways. If the return is a result of our error (for example - if you receive an incorrect or defective product), you will receive a full refund for the item and shipping costs.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will gladly exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of shipping your package back to us. This timeframe allows for transit, internal return processing, and payment processing. We do strive to complete this process as swiftly as possible and can often complete the process in a shorter timeframe.

If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at info@othersidehemp.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
